QSW Wins Family-Friendly Institutions Award in Arab Region

The Qatar Foundation for Social Work (QFSW) of the Ministry of Social Development and Family won the Family-Friendly Institutions Award in the Arab Region for 2023, during the convening of the 27th session of the Arab Childhood Committee and the 13th session of the Arab Family Committee in Cairo.

The award is a culmination of the Foundation's continuous efforts and pioneering initiatives in strengthening family ties and providing a supportive and stimulating environment for families through various programs and services aimed at improving the quality of life of individuals and promoting positive interaction in society.

Commenting on this award, QFSW Acting CEO Rashid bin Mohammed Al Nuaimi said the achievement reflects the QFSW's continued commitment to supporting and empowering families, and it is an incentive for the Foundation to move forward in providing services and programs that meet the family's needs and contribute to building a healthy and sustainable society.

The award is considered an important addition to the QFSW's record in supporting families and enhancing their vital role in society, and it reflects global appreciation for the efforts made in this field, which indicates the Foundation's continued commitment to providing support and services to enhance family well-being and stability in Qatar and beyond.
